No matter what you call them, almost everyone loves a meatball sandwich. These are from the batch of turkey ones I made last week. Some part-skim mozzerella melted on top and the kids were happier than if I had ordered a pizza. Even served on white rolls, these were much healthier than any take-out would have been.
