Azar Nafisi's memoir of her relationship with her mother while growing up in Tehran is out.  I've caught a few interviews with her and just ordered a copy of her book, called Things I've Been Silent About.  When Reading Lolita in Tehran was published, I heard Ms. Nafisi lecture, and she is a fascinating speaker.  She's touring the U.S. this month, and it's worth the time to go hear her.
