As I write this, Google has not yet blaunched the Nexus One. Here is a very short suggestion to Google: Subsidize the Apps and other Services on the Nexus One. The new handset is only an incremental over existing smart handsets (made by others).

If they want to make a splash and capture market share quickly, then they should give away cheap their products. Make up the losses later in new applications charges.

Nice demo and you can order your phone. Over 20,000K apps and most are free. Nice integration with Google Docs. Not an iPhone killer. Phone calling feature is a bit clunky and non-Google Apps are not as well integrated as Google Apps (this is what happens with open architecture). iPhone still has a better user experience.

The iPhone is still the bar for all Smart Phones and the Nexus One just falls short.
