This has to be one of the cleverest patents I have seen in a long time.
In my personal opinion it is a take on the classic mechanical slide-to-unlock mechanism you see on everything from boxes to laptop computers. A clever take on that mechanical feature.
This is going to be one heck of a fight.
This patent is definitely worth fighting over.
By the way if the feature is conceptually similar to a mechnical lock slide is it still patentable?
