The tragedy is that industry watchers have been screaming about RIM's lack of market focus for the last 2 years.  This is old news. 

There is absolutely nothing RIM can do with its current executive team to save RIM.  Time for Carl Icahn to work his magic.

The reason why most companies fail is because the founders fail to act accordingly, refuse to change, or refuse to follow outside advice.

RIM is finished.
