Google's latest operating systems is based on Linux. Expect it to begin showing up on devices next year. Everything lives in the cloud - applications, data, etc. Why wait minutes to start up your PC and connect to the internet, when these devices will do it in seconds. What is this going to do to the carriers, can they handle the traffic of an always connected world? What are your thoughts?

Google's Chrome represents the future. Carriers are being pushed into the role of dumb pipe. In the short run, the carriers will likely need to rely on network sharing in order to handle the traffic.
