So sad. Do I get money or some kind of refund? If I were the carriers, I would have RIM reimburse customers for loss of service.
An apology from someone who should have been terminated is the hieght of all insults. Give me cash for my pain. By the way, if I could figure out the impact of the loss of service on my business would I be entitled to financial compensation?
