I am not surprised. AT&T is having issues with servic equality. T-Mobile is treated by the mainstream press like the "orphaned stepchild". All of that ends up translating its way through an entire corporation.
Sprint has been publicly under the magnifying glass on customer service issues since Dan hesse took over. It would have been disastrous if Sprint had not climbed it way back up the quality ladder.
