AT&T has pulled out of its T-Mobile Deal. This is a victory for consumers.
My suggestion to Deutsche Telekom is: Finder another buyer(s). T-Mobile assets may need ot be sold off to enable a carrier like Sprint to acquire parts of T-Mobile’s business.
I need to digest the news for now.
I wonder what is going to happen to the AT&T employee who negotiated the $3B payout to DT for the failed acquisition. One thing is for sure: DT just made a $3B killing.
