Pierre ... At the moment TabUp allows you to search youtube videos by keyword or youtube user.  This can be found in the tablet customize menu (little triangle in the youtube tablet header).  
However, if I understand your request correctly -- you've identified several youtube videos that you'd like to display in a single youtube tablet.    I'll do a little research to see if this can be accomplished via this keyword search function.  There maybe a way to string several videos together.
