Expanding and collapsing topics in the Journal
While it's obvious that you click on the blue "3 comments" button to expand a topic in the Journal, it's not intuitive (at least to me) that you can then collapse it again by reclicking. I had to search for it a bit until I hit upon it by clicking things at random. I presume for a general-use website such as this you want everything to be simple and obvious to use.

Usability
Thanks for the feedback .... you can also click on the Topic Header (Subject line) to view just that Topic. When done click on the footer to return to the previous state.

There are lots of features in TabUp, it will take time to learn all these features.

Having a lot of features to learn, and making them intuitive are two different things. You could easily make collapsing the comments obvious by changing the blue clickable "4 comments" text read "Show (3) comments", and "Hide (3) comments" depending on whether the comments are hidden or not.
