Right now I am in the Feedback tab.  I see the small Feedback tab among the tabs that I made.  On the left is a large tab that also says Feedback.  When I click on it, nothing happens.

Also, to the far right of the tabs is a little arrow pointing right.  When I try to click on it, it moves to the left of the tabs and is pointing left.  When I try to click on it, it moves back to the right.  I have a total of four tabs, including the Feedback tab.
